Cotton Oil

Cotton seed oil is a cooking oil extracted from the seeds of the cotton plant. The oil hails from the same category as canola oil, soyabean oil, and safflower oil. It has a mild taste and generally appears clear with a light golden color, but the degree of color varies on the amount of refining. The refined Cottonseed oil has a smoke point which is up to 232°C (450 °F), When heated, it emits a distinct odor but has no taste.
The cooking oil has PUFA 50% and MUFA 20.5% as well as fortified with Vitamin A & D, as per FSSAI.
