Ricebraan Oil

Ricebran Oil is the edible oil produced from rice bran, the outer layer of a rice kernel. Ricebran oil is rich in Oryzanol content up to min. 12000 ppm . This cooking oil has up to 29% polyunsaturated, and 44% monounsaturated. It is suitable for high-temperature cooking methods such as stir-frying and deep-frying because of its high smoke point which is upto 232°C (450 °F ) as well as its mild flavor.
In addition, the physically refined Ricebran oil contains an ideal balance of polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) and monounsaturated fats (MUFA) and fortified with Vitamin A & D , as per FSSAI.
